What is the best time to send marketing emails?

I was wondering if the time that your marketing emails matters for the success of the emails. Is there any time or time frame that is best to send these types of emails?

I have read some posts that are saying that late in the morning before noon and right after noon are good but I think it will also depend on the people you are targeting and when they are online.

I am targeting mostly people in the US and Europe so I like to send mine in the mornings and sometimes switch to early afternoon to change it up a little. After I started doing this I noticed an increase in conversions. I think it matter who you are sending them to and where your targets are located. I think the mornings usually work better.

There is no time that is best for all niches and audiences but from my personal experience between 10am and 2-3pm seems to have the best results.

It depends on where your target audience is and their time zone and that's the time you would like to target as a starting point.

I am going to be trying this next week at these times and see what happens myself. I am hoping for more traffic.

I was looking at some of those websites that let you schedule your social media posts so I might go that route so I can make sure to get posts in this time frame.

I send mine out at 9am on the weekdays and 10am on the weekends. I have not tested out too much with the times but when I was looking for information on this myself a while back this was the time that was stated as best.

I will share what happens. I saw that some of them have stats that tell you about some things and how good things are so I will be looking at those.

@Catherine1 A quick question for you which Service provider you are using for sending Mass Email?

How many Emails you are sending in 1 Batch ?

How many opt-out , bounce rate you are getting per batch ?

Please answer so that I can help you in that , if you can attach a screenshot of any of your campaign it will be much more easier for us all to help you in right direction.

If any sensitive information you can blur out that portion.

I like to send mine at early morning times like in the 5-6am range because I want the emails to be there when people get up in the mornings so they can read them before they start their day hopefully.

For me it will depend on the time zone of your target market/clients. Best time will be early the morning or around 9 to 10 am and afterlunch where they usually go back to work.

What if I am not targeting any specific time zone? Should I just go for the main ones?

I don't think there's really a time to do this with the fact that we have different time zone.So while it might be morning where you're it might night somewhere else.

so you can't bank on the time but you should hope your mails get into an individual inbox and not to the spam box.

Another consideration is to hope that the mail address be the one that is mostly open by the mail owner or else the mail will be there for ages without being read.

Does the time that you send them determine if they go to an inbox or spam folder?

No,I don't think so. I don't the time is an important factor.I think what matter most is where the mail lands.is it in the inbox or spam folder?

Personally,All mails in my spam folder gets deleted without being read.I don't even open them.

Yeah, I thought so too. I mean of course if a mail pops up in my mail box when I am logged then the chances of me reading it are much better. Still, if I am not online I will get around to it eventually. More important than that is making sure that it doesn't go to the spam folder because if it does the chances of me looking at it are much smaller.

Is there anything that can be done to make sure it our emails don't go to a spam folder?

I really don't know too much about email marketing and have just been kind of learning as I go.

Good question! I'm not sure of the inner workings of email filters but im sure they use some sort of background check to verify is the sender email has spam activity history. Still, I'd appreciate more insights on the matter from people who know their stuff.
