What is the best way to redirect http: to https:?

Hello IMS members,

If a website has already SSL certification but pages are not opening with https:// so, my question is here How to open all http: pages to https:// type.

I recently done this with my e-commerce sites. Use this free tool, whynopadlock [dot] com.
It will give you a full report on why your website isn't reading in https://. If you don't have a SSL, request to use Let's Encrypt ( this is free in most web host )
