I am guessing CJ must also be promoting the networks via their email list. Considering they have been in business for a long time and since they have a long list of admirers. So, the $3k is in the form of an exposure to those affiliates and not just the listing fee.

I did not think of that. I guess they might give their clients extra exposure that way too.

True but they probably also do that to keep the low quality advertisers and the potential scammers away since they would probably not want to pay $3,000 plus other fees just to sell something on their platform.

Make something expensive and keep away the low quality advertisers is odd but I guess they might look at it like that.
