wordpress themes

I have been reading about some paid WordPress themes to try to decide which one I want to buy but I want a fast theme as part of my requirements but can't find any reliable information. Does anyone know of any good WordPress themes that are fast and have some good features?

I have been looking at some themes for my new blog that will be coming soon and all of the themes that I like are paid themes. They have some higher prices and lower prices so I was wondering what would be a good price to pay for a theme?

This may sound like a dumb question but I can't find any straight answers anywhere. I want to know if it's ok to give a Wordpress theme that you bought but never used to someone else or if that's illegal or has some other reason why you can't do it. I bought a Wordpress theme that I thought...
