How many clickbank accounts can you have?

I want to have 2 different clickbank accounts for 2 different uses that I want to do but I can not find out if you can have more than 1 account or not. I do not want to create a new one and have the original one get banned.

You can have 2 accounts without any problems. I do not know what their limit is for the number of accounts you can have but I know 2 is no problems. It says you can in their help sections.

Their customer support finally replied to my question and said that 2 accounts is fine to have with them. I just wanted to make sure so I did not get my first one banned. They just have slow customer support I am guessing because I do not think I used them before now and it just took some days. Thank mate.

Their customer support is usually not too slow at answering question, at least not for me. It probably make a difference as to when you ask your question though.

I did have one time in dealing with them that it took almost 2 days but my question was asked on a weekend so that was probably the reason since they more than likely had other questions that were asked before mine.

One of my close friends has 2 Clickbank accounts and the support staff recommended that to her because she was going to use them for different uses and was told that she could do it so I know at least 2 accounts of fine with them but maybe they will allow more.

They have been slow for me but maybe that was because I am not an affiliate that makes them much money.

What do you mean that she was going to use them for different uses?

It may be but I doubt that the amount of money that you make with/for them would impact the support response times, or it least it shouldn't affect them.

I am sure that affiliate that are making really, really high amounts of money with/for them would have some kind of priority but aside form that I doubt that that does not affect support quality and speed.

I was thinking they get better support if they are making more amounts of money for them because it is kind of like when you are a good customer for a business then they treat you better. Maybe not for affiliates I guess.

I do not think there is a limit as long as you are not using them improperly. I created a second account because I had forgotten my login information from when I signed up with them some years ago and I contacted support about it after I made the new account. They said it was fine to have multiple accounts and they reset my password for the old account and I have 2 now.

How did they reset your old account if you did not know any of your login information? They need the email address at least don't they?

I knew what email accounts I used for these types of uses and they sent me a reset verification to my email address for the account. I found the email from them in one of my email accounts. It was rather easy since I did not forget the email addresses that I used.

Ok then. I was thinking that you would not know any of your information.

I have multiple email addresses that I have used over the years for different uses but not so many that I can not check all to find the needed information. I think it was on the third or fourth one I checked so it was not bad.

I know of some people that use very many so for them it might be harder to find which one they used.

That is good and you are most lucky that you don't use too many. I only have 3 that I use and 1 of them is just for my emails for marketing and for affiliate needs.

That is something that I just started doing the last 4 or 5 years maybe. I used to have more that 10 before that and it made it harder sometimes if I forgot which email I used for something.

That is why when I contacted Clickbank I was able to recover my old account since I did not have too many addresses to check.

That is good for you mate. How long did they take to reply to you to get your access back?

I saw a post just recently that said their support can some times take a few days before they answer so less than 1 day is good I am guessing.
I think some people will want faster support like in a couple of hours but I am fine if it takes a day because I am not needing anything that would be that critical for a fast time.

Not sure on how many accounts Clickbank allows but I believe one account is more than enough to promote the products of your choice.

You can create one for promoting the affiliate products and have created another one for launching your own products.
