A few ago I created Wikipedia link to my blog post. Also, I created bio page for my friend link to his blog. All links are nofollow link attribution. Did think that those link would benefit of SEO..?

I think backlinks from Wikipedia don't help more for your SEO rankings.

Just checking blog post after it get listed on Wikipedia and if its traffic is improved then it is helping you.

Wikipedia backlinks won't benefit your website SEO-wise simply because they are nofollow. You might get good traffic that will be much easier to convert into customers because they found your site on Wikipedia. The traffic you get from Wikipedia might also create organic backlinks for you, that will be the benefit (traffic and organic backlinks).

Those links will help to build you traffic in a rare instance. You can forget about them now.
