I want to know that is there any difference between the cpc of adsense publisher account due to the country?

Yes. Most ad networks will pay more to serve ads to users in US,CAN, UK and less to other area's of the world.

There is a major difference for the cpc rates as countries like US, UK, CA and AU are considered as tier 1 which makes them the highest paying ones. Normally, a publisher would only send traffic from the above countries so as to get bigger commissions.
