How to handle bulk projects?

I am not a freelancer, but having worked in multiple big projects at once. It all comes down to prioritizing all of the projects & tasks accordingly to deadlines and time consumption of each task. Also, if you are able to hire yourself some help or already have a small team, delegating is key and working all together as unit. Writing out a plan and list of tasks really does help as you start seen everything get flagged/crossed out as completed.

Unfortunately there is no formula as it depends on each individual/team and project size and its urgency.

Just remember if you do feel overwhelmed, just stop everything you are doing and gather yourself, thoughts, and create an action plan.

Coffee and loss of sleep!

If you are making a living as a freelancer, it can often be "feast or famine". Sometimes there is not enough work coming in, sometimes there is too much!

Above all else, make sure your customers get what they want, in a timely manner! Have good communication and be honest. If your overloaded and something is going to take you longer then expected, let them know ahead of time. Keep your customer satisfaction high, and you will succeed.

Find other freelancer. Get to know them. Know each others skill sets, strengths, weaknesses. This way, if your overloaded, you can sub-freelance to get the jobs done!
