How do you get good traffic from USA and UK?

Hello everyone,
Recently I have seen my site have 60% traffic from country India. and rest 20% comes from US UK and Canada and rest of the world .
Can you please help me tips to get good traffic from USA and UK as main traffic source. Should I block India traffic to increase US and UK traffic?
