Do "Ratings" in Google Rich Snippets help to increase CTR?

Hi everyone,

I have some questions about rich snippets and CTR.
Which one of the two rich snippets ratings gets better CTR, Rich snippets with star ratings or rich snippets without ratings?
At a personal level, I think bright rating stars brings a higher click-through rate. Is it right?
