Is your website 6 months old .
Content must be good .
Thin content is not good for Adsense.
And there are some other basic rules for getting approved on Adsense before applying please go through them check your website on your side then apply.

Yes my site is older than six months and have good quality content. I have written it myself but it's good enough. Also the content is SEO optimized. That's why I have a hope that my account application will be approved.
