Adding subscribe button to Youtube videos?

I have not seen this function to add subscribe button on my Youtube videos

How to enable this feature or requiring conditions to have that button?

If I recall correctly

Within your Youtube channel go Channel Settings and InVideo programming you will add it via Watermark. You will need to upload the image yourself.
