Added Search Bar to Quick Menu

I moved search bar to Quick Menu

If you want to search for topics on the forum then you hover on the Quick Menu.

I forgot to check search bar while re-sizing browser width or on different screen sizes

Our forum style can run well on all browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera..etc...)

Thanks Hostlumina for reporting this, I fixed it. Now it's ok and you can check, if still get the same error, please let me know
