You can use various exchange sites or scripts avail , Google them and you will find a lots of such scripts / sites.

Best way to drive traffic to a new blog is use forum marketing and social networks, I get tons of traffic from these sources.

Also, if you have a good fund, you can try with paid traffic like google adwords, facebook ad or banner ads from high traffic site.

Besides, you can get more free traffic from search engines by do blogging daily on your blog, share useful information more traffic will come your blog naturally.

The way that I have gotten traffic to my site was telling people about it, posting on other forums for advertising, bumping the threads atleast once a week (or as many times as I can in a certain amount of time) and getting ads placed on other forums about it, and getting friends to post about it on Facebook.

I would suggest you to try a few traffic generation strategies till you find what works for your targeted audience. You have no other choice except to get started. You can browse around the forum or go to youtube and search for traffic generation strategies then select a few you would like to use for your blog.

Give it some time though, you don't want to try something for 2 weeks then say it doesn't work. So once you've chosen a few strategies you like, I would suggest you to learn more about them.

For instance, let's say you choose Facebook. Before you can go to facebook, you should go to forums, blogs, youtube or simply buy a course. Learn more about the traffic strategy you want to go into, that will make your marketing efforts a bit easier. You can even go to Udemy, there's a lot of free courses about traffic generation. Udemy also has a lot of coupon codes online, you can get a premium course for free by using a coupon, but that's just one place among a lot of other places.

Remember, there's no best way. You simply choose something that you're comfortable with or believe it will be simple for you and then make it work. Most (if not all) traffic generation strategies work, you just need someone who'll show you tested and proven strategies that work. That's where blogs, youtube, forums or a course will come in handy.
