I want to make some new websites so thinking of using some beautiful and responsive themes on them. They will use wordpress. So I want to know which would be best, should I buy themes from theme forest or other similar sites? or hire a developer to make custom themes?

The best themes which have a really cool page builder for me are: Divi and Xtheme... Both are responsive and are extremely flexible when it comes to designing a page and also both have a lot of pre-built templates.

My best advice is if you can go for a professional theme and customize it yourself... If you run into troubles then hire someone to help you... That way you minimize the costs versus hiring a developer to create one from scratch...

Agree with you could you guide me that these themes are adsense and seo friendly too or not? So that I could use these themes?:)

You need to make them Adsense and Seo friendly mate , Theme doesn't do anything by itself who placed Seo tactics in right place for getting more output from your hardwork and Adsense is pure game of traffic coming on your website and how you have placed your ad codes .

Do some deep research over these 2 topics and for sure you will get success.

As its Wordpress:

1) I would go for the for the Yoast SEO Plugin. Its really easy to setup... That said you need to perform your own keyword research and implement SEO manually... Plugins only help with making it easy for you to add that information...

2) Regarding Adsense - most themes will allow you to display ad units where you want them... Its all very easy stuff, especially with use of widgets... With Adsense I would also consider using a plugin which will protect you from ad click bombing. Here is a good article which can help you with that and it also recommends some plugins to think about.

I purchase premium themes from Themeforest, They have a many themes which support SEO, responsive, etc and even you can filter many other features of wordpress, html site.

Some of developers use purchased theme and sell it to customers.. (fooling innocent)

It's up to your budget whether you go with a template or hire someone to create a custom theme for you. You will have to look at some of the cons and pros.

i.e.

Pros:
  • Price will be much lower than a custom template
  • Will not require you to go back and forth with the designer/developer to get your vision created
  • Some built in features included within the design.

Cons:
  • Any major changes to the WordPress might require you to hire them to up date the template unless you are savvy enough to do it yourself.
  • Not a unique design, therefore your site might look like some others out there.
  • might not fully meet your needs and might still require some extra work.

If you are just starting out i wold suggest get a nice theme and work from there. Once you are ready to get something more advance you can re-look at the possibility of hiring a designer + developer.

At the end of the day it is your decision, budget, and goals of the website that will determine if the extra cost will be worth it (at least at the start).

It depends on your budget. To buy a theme is quite cheap and there are really cool templates out there. On the other hand a good developer make your business shine by its own, but is 700 times more expensive.

Premium does not always mean that a theme is better. I have used hundred of themes, both free and premium, and have found that many of the good free themes are better than a lot of premium themes. So, premium just mean it's a paid theme usually and may or may not be better.

As to the main question by the OP, it will all depend on how much customization you will need that will contribute to if you need to get just a good theme or hire a developer. If you want something that has extra functions, looks, elements that can't be found in a free or premium theme, then a developer would be able to provide that. Otherwise, save the money you would pay a developer and just get a good premium or free theme and tweak it to fit your needs...

Whether you will need a developer or you'll just be able to buy a premium theme will depend on exactly what you'll need the theme to do.

Many premium themes can do many different things that you would normally need a developer to for have those features built right in.

The best thing to do is to figure out exactly what you want for your site, then do a little research to see if there are existing themes out there that will do what you want. If you can't find any then you can start talking with a developer and go from there.

Cheers, Dean.

I would personally get pre-built themes because hiring a programmer would just take too much money and time. Good Luck!
