traffic exchangers Vs Paid Traffic which is better?

There are a lot of traffic ex-changers that provide free traffic from any country. But what about the paid traffic providers? Which one should we prefer to increase our site's visitors?

As someone who works in this industry i can give you a fair answer : paid - but the difference is not big.

Free traffic is barely good if you want to boost your ego by having more visits. Conversion rate for exchange traffic is incredibly low.

Paid traffic on the other hand is a little more organic,as there are people who's purpose is to deliver quality traffic so the clients will be satisfied. The conversion rate here is still low,but it will bring you the clients whom will stay on your website for more than 30 sec ( or how much the exchange traffic websites have ) .

You have explained this concept very clearly. I am happy that now I got to know what these two terms have difference between them. After this small review, I have decided to use traffic exchangers for some time to get a little boost and then use paid traffic.

Yes sure! I will show you the bounce rate of my website soon. After I have received a good amount of visitors.

Sometime Paid traffic send Iframed traffic or bot traffic which can affect your Affiliate account may be that can get Banned too.

So before sending any such kind of traffic on your money making site or blog check it on any normal site or blog and you can easily check the difference.
You have a good point. I should better use the paid traffic on a normal site or with another affiliate site on which I am not working. So that I could test their service. Thanks for the advice. :)

Traffic exchange sites are just waste of time. Nobody cares about your site. They just do it to earn credits only. Paid traffic like Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Bing ads etc works great.

Traffic exchanges will be worthless for the most part because they are just going there for credits as @vishwa stated and you'll get no real value from them.

By paid traffic, if you are meaning bought traffic from places like fiverr.com or similar sites then those are usually all bots and a waste as well.

If you are talking about PPC traffic for the paid traffic then those you should get the best results from.
