Each website has its unique feature , and according to that they are getting traffic from search engines .

As per social media various websites which are on top have something in them .

Mostly traffic depends on

Age group.
Country.
Content.
Gender.

Create a General Fashion Niche account over Facebook , Youtube , Pinterest , Instagram , Twitter .... Post some good content on them and see the difference by yourself , you will feel the difference on each platform .

It basically depends on niche , If you are in adult niche you can go with twitter/ tumblr, if it is fashion then pinterest is best . For amazon, clickbank you can try Facebook or youtube. Instagram generally works with fitness one. All have there some special points.
