1. Timely respond to your client.
2. Be polite while having conversation with your client .
3. Try to deliver on time.
4. Never over-price .
5. If in any case you are not able to do work inform your client that you will not able for reason.
6. Never tell a lie for getting a client.

- Able to always deliver on time
- Able to communicate clearly and precise
- Able to prioritize
- Proper spelling & grammar
- Handle & redirect calls and emails
- Access to phone and email during the work period hired for
- Clear price rates + any extra costs that could incur
- List of software knowledge + available at hand

The best quality refers to the communication. A good communication, rather a direct chat with good responsiveness is the best way to coordinate and work with a virtual assistant. Other qualities like timely work submission, expand on new ideas, and cost effective are advantageous to choose a good va.

but what is "Able to prioritize"? I don't understand your meaning?

Hi Martin,
Whenever someone is given multiple tasks, they are able to determine the order in which to handle each task based on its urgency.

The biggest factors in my opinion are:
1) Timely response whenever I try to contact them
2) Dependability - do they actually do what they say they will do when they say they will do it
3) Communication willingness - The more the better ( I always want to know how things are coming along unless it is a VA that has already earned my trust and proven to be extremely dependable)
