Why my keywords are not stable, what is the reason?

Its probably because you are not ranking on the first couple of pages of G... The lower you go beyond page 5 the more volatile the rankings are... In addition there are various reasons for volatility e.g. such as using the blog page as your home page.. In this example the more articles you add the more you push down those posts off the home page which can then messes up your internal linking structure as well as how G crawls your site... another could be because your bounce rates is not so great...
Not knowing the exact details i'm unable to comment any more other than to advise you to pursue quality backlinks from sites which are trusted by G, which get traffic and have great authority metrics (DA/PA/CF/TF) as indicators... The point here is that quality links will help improve your rankings and not spammy useless ones which carry zero link juice...
