Overall your site looks real good and is visually appealing. The one thing that I think needs to be changed is the pop-up that shows up the second you get on the site.

It would probably be better if you set it up with a delay of some kind so people don't feel bombarded by the pop-up as soon as they get there.

Another thing that might lower your bounce rate is to put some information on your index page saying exactly what your site is about and what it is offering. Just landing there will make some people confused as to what exactly the site is for.

Other than these two things I think you have a real good looking site for what it is.

This information is better than what I gave earlier. I think I will give a link to this answer you have, in order for him to get lots of traffic on his site. He said he was so frustrated about this site that nobody comes to buy his merchandise. This will greatly improve this site in no time.
