    Hello everyone,

    I want to use an online shop script for my online store. The features I am looking for in the script include the following:
    - It must be good for Search Engine Optimization;
    - It should support various Plug-in features;
    - It must be able to load very fast;
    - Users must have an easy time navigating the script
    - It must be very easy to control and manage the carts from the administrator page.

    So, of the three, which one do you think best fits this criterion?

    Thanks for your suggestions.

    My recommendation is PrestaShop because it meets all of your criteria.
    It also has modern modules and functions that have been integrated into an awesome design.

    For a modern shopping cart website, PrestaShop is the script for you and I saw more big sites using this script on their website. It's a proof why they went with PrestaShop. Besides, you still can use OpenCart and osCommerce, they are popular cms for ecommerce and they were popular for years.

    Am I allowed to suggest an alternate shopping cart that is free? I tried before to post and had my thread deleted even tho there were no links and I was merely attempting to help the category with my personal opinion.

    PrestaShop would be the best choice around.

    I've tried all three and they are pretty bad as compared to say Interspire (but that's no longer being developed). Have you ever heard of Maian Cart (free)?

    If you are running a small retail store, shopify may be the best choice.
    If you have more than 3 stores, i prefer Magento than the 3 others CMS mentioned above

    Forgive my question but ecommerce stores are not my specialty. Why are you saying that you prefer Magento if you have more than 3 stores? Is there some kind of benefit for having that many stores with Magento?

    I am just looking for information since I might be getting into ecommerce stores and I am trying to gather good information. I also no very, very little about Magento itself.

    Cheers, Dean.
