As you all know Elance & O-desk merged in April 2014 You can check here.

In may 2015 Elance & O-Desk launched Upwork .

After Sep 2015 no new projects will be posted on Elance and all the profiles will be merged .

All Elance members will be getting invitation before 1 Sep 2015 so that they can migrate there profiles over Upwork.

This is quiet cool. Thank you for sharing this information. I have a quiet old account in Odesk and hope they join up with Elance. We will be getting more work and also freelancers to work with together in Upwork.
