has paypal stopped support of payoneer us payment service?

I have heard from one of my friends that paypal has now stopped accepting payoneer's US Payment Service bank details? So we cannot add that bank and get withdraw in it? Is it true? Anyone experienced this issue or there is a confusion?

I also heard that but not so sure about the authenticity. As far as I know you can't verify your paypal account with your payoneer mastercard anymore.

I already knew that we can't verify our paypal with payoneer master card. But I have recently verified my paypal account with payoneer US payment service account. But now for a few days it's not accepting my bank account. I have also contacted the support of payoneer and they say it's due to paypal security terms.
