The best way to know duplicate title descriptions use webmasters tool. Because if you have many pages on site then you need to verify your website ownership on webmaster so that they can allow you to check errors etc .

I'll suggest, You should go for websites duplicate content check for content headings, titles and body content; If you want to check your websites pages Title tags then Google Search Console (Formerly Webmaster Tool) is best .
