Do you link to articles or write them in the email ?

I want to put a link to my ebook I sell at the end of my emails. Is it possible?

I am also thinking of writing an email that list some articles on my blogs and link to full articles. Good idea? What do you guys suggest?

Most of the time in my emails I will put an overview / excerpt of an article from a website of mine with a link at the end for the email recipients to click on to read the full article. I do this in part just to get them to my website.

Many people will disregard reading an entire email, so putting the whole article there with any kind of offer will usually have a low rate of success.

as for links to eBooks in emails, I handle them in a similar way. Tell a little about the eBook and include a link to a landing page with more information on the eBook.

I usually try to get people to a website and offer just a taste of what I am marketing/promoting in the emails themselves.
