Can Affiliate Links in Ebooks work?

I have never produced an ebook before but I am going to make one at the moment becuase I have seen more people making good income from it.

My plan is to have a niche ebook but I want to know is, should I put affiliate links in the book and does it work for traffic and sales?

Yes you can put your affiliate links in your E-book ...But one thing to remember place them in such a way that a reader think I should try this link .

Don't fill up your whole e-book with those links place them where they are needed .

Two years ago , I used this trick on my fitness niche ebook and it worked like charm.
