Is it me or has anyone else noticed this......

It seems the last few days when you are posting on the Forums it takes a long time for a post to be submitted. Once I hit the reply button it seems like it is taking over a minute for the system to come back from posting the response.

Last night I spent about 20 minutes typing up a response to a thread and when I went to post it, after about 2 minutes it just disappeared.

Is this happening to anyone else?

If so we may want to make the admin aware of this....

Just saying...

Hi Mike, Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We haven't received any notice from any other members about this issue, but that's not to say that it isn't happening to others. I personally haven't experienced this, but this is definitely something that we will check out promptly.

In the last couple of days we got started with Cloudflare CDN, so maybe there is something that needs to be tweaked with their settings to optimize it better. Sometimes this can be geo-located to a specific region but not always.

I'll check into this right away and see if there is anything that might be causing this from our end.

Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention, you feedback and notice is appreciated.

You were right on this, to be honest, some weeks ago, Internetmarketingstar.com was putted on a VPS that its loading speed was pretty slow

Last week, I moved it to WebmasterSun's webhosting and it was improved more about the loading speed, also web performance.

I am contacting a VPS hosting provider to buy a VPS with 8GB+ of RAM, 2+ vCores...and going to move internetmarketingstar to this VPS.

Sometimes, the traffic of forums increased suddenly and the features of current VPS could not accommodate all of them, so I have to find a fast and stronger VPS to host forums and sites.

I hope I can get the VPS in next week and setup everything completely.

Cheers, :Drinks:

The last week I have seen a noticeable improvement on the performance of the site. Ulterious and I have been discussing back and forth as the changes were made and if the improvements were noticeable.

They have been. It is working much better now.

I have noticed a big difference in loading speed with this new server. It's working real well on this server and there haven't been any issues that I have seen.

I have also been checking the load times on Pingdom both before the server change and after the server change. Now IMS is loading so fast in comparison to the previous server that I was getting pingdom tests that were 2-3 seconds to load and even some of them are in the high 1 second range. IMS is working great now and there are no issues yet. :DD:
