Are affiliate programs for event tickets good?

I saw some affiliate programs for event tickets like concerts and sporting events but I don't know if they are good at all.

Does anyone know if these types of affiliate programs are good or bad?

They have good commission amounts and average sales so they seem like they might be.

Based on what I have read and heard from other internet marketers, they are supposed to be good earning programs if you have the right people to get your promotions in front of.

If you have a good targeted email list, a social following of people that would be your target audience or a blog that had the right people coming to it then you may make some good money from one of these.

You can always give them a try and see what happens.

I agree with Dean on this subject. If you have the right people to present your promotions to then you can possibly make a good commission amount from these. If you don't then you may not make much money from them.

The thing is that in the niche I am working in I don't think there are programs that cover it but I was thinking that because so many people like these and go to events and concerts then it might do good enough.

I am in the Fashion and Beauty niche so I don't think that will be good then,

I think you should try them because it also can depend on the age group and other things about the people that you will be marketing your offers to.

You have a good point there. Most of the people I am targeting are in their 20's or 30's and that age group usually goes to these kinds of events so I think this might be good.

That is a good age group for promoting those to because most of the people that go to those events the most are probably in those ages. Just try to find things that age group would be interested in.

I have seen a few of these programs in the past and wondered this myself. I think they might be good because so many people go to these things.

Maybe you should try it for a while and see what happens.

I might try it and see if they are worth the effort and make enough money to continue or not.

I think ticket affiliate programs can be good for younger age groups because young people will go to more of these that older people most of the times.

I agree with you about the age groups. Most of my followers and friends are in the younger age range so that would be fine.

I have not actually started marketing any of these program types yet but I may in the future.

I think it can make lots of money for you if you have the good people to follow you or that come to your blog so it can be good. I want to try them some time for myself.

I have tried some air travel ticket affiliate programs but they did not make any money. I have been wondering about these ticket programs but I have not found any good information that says they are good or not so I have been waiting to try them.

It was hard for me to find out much good information about them when I was searching Google and that's why I asked about them here.

I think you just have to have the right mailing list or followers on the social media websites to make any decent amount of money with them.
