Do ebooks sell well?

Ebooks sell really well if you have something that people want. Topics and information that is currently in demand and trending is really good for sales.

Ebooks that have some kind of material that provides some kind of help, advice or useful information are always in demand.

If you can get the people who would be interested in what you are offering then you will probably make good money as long as the material is well written and high quality.
The ebooks that I have had in mind are ebooks that tell people how to do things or have some kind of guide. Everything would be original quality materials and on popular topics in my niche.

Then if you can get people to know about them then you might have some good selling ebooks.

The topic that is covered in the e-book is of interest to the audience which one is looking for then the e-book will sell. If readers find interesting then surely one can make a good amount of money by selling e-books.
I think my topics will be interesting for the people that are into fashion which is my niche. I just have to try to get people to know about the ebooks.

Selling eBooks is just like selling any other product. The lower your price, the more sale you're gonna get. But there are other things to take into consideration. For example, the quality of the eBook itself needs to be something worth purchasing. Are you offering a new method, a new approach to something? Is it compelling to read and does it have anything better than other eBooks of the same kind?

Another aspect could be how you market it. Your eBook may be a good quality eBook, but it won't matter if you don't advertise it well enough. You need to make potential buyers interested in it, maybe exaggerate on some of the positive aspects of it (this is not dishonest, this is just how it is done).

Many people on Digitalpoint sell crappy eBooks, yet they still get sales because of the way they market it. Needless to say, the reviews aren't ever too good. DP forums is not always a reliable place.

Well, it depend in what kind of e-book you're selling, what customers you're targeting, and what value those customers may see in your e-books.

Many books on marketing, money making, DIYs, recipes, and so on sell very well. If you're selling your success story as a marketer or a business, then it is likely to gain more readers. If you're an established author and have a lot of loyal readers and supporters, then also your ebooks will sell better.

Also particular niches gain more readers. Some are looking for good books on medical conditions, so a qualified medical personnel who writer an eBook on health issues, their cure, and prevention is likely to see their ebooks sell better.

Any expert of their field are to gain more loyal readers and so their ebooks will sell with good sales.

I have heard that a lot of people have had great luck with eBook sells. If i were to buy one, I think I would gravitate towards two main markets: how-to books and creative writing pieces. I love learning new things and I love reading new and exciting creative writers of fiction and poetry.

Well I would be trying to offer something that is of value always and original content. The niche is Fashion, which is what my blog is in and the field that I have experience.

Would paid advertising like Adwords or Facebook be good for ebooks or would it be better to stick with free options like social media marketing?

My ebooks would be for the fashion niche. Is that a good niche for ebooks?

Some of the ideas I have had are how-to types of ebooks. I just need to do more research to get all the information I need ready to be put together.

if this is what you have in mind.then you don't need to worry about sales.people are always ready to buy books of value. So go ahead with it.

Stick to this initial plan of original content and you'll excel with just little marketing.

I believe that anything can be a great niche. As long as you focus on making your content good and marketing it properly I think you oughta be successful. Still What you're writing about is something to be well thought and well researched.

I know a lot about my niche which is fashion but I would still always do a lot of research on everything to provide the best possible and most accurate information that I can.
