I couldn't recommend just one. You should definitely go with Facebook paid ads (their Custom Audiences feature will help a lot), LinkedIn (you can target sponsored updates), promote your content and engage in the community on Growth Hackers and Quora. You should also definitely invest in your account management and sales team. The last one will come in time, but your team will be your true wealth.

It all depends upon you what are your requirement that will be best b2b portal for you. Like if you are freelancer, than freelancer is the best for you, if you are arhitech, then its yelp or yellowpages.
