How to solve Soft 404 in Google webmaster tool?

I am having 582 errors Soft 404 in Google webmaster tool, I am not sure if I click on "Mark as fixed" then they will be solved in next time. I want to clear them according to SEO way. how to?

Clicking "Mark as fixed" does not actually fix the problem.

This is to let Google know that you have fixed the problem.

If your seeing 404 errors, you need to add 301 redirects so that the pages causing the problem, are redirected to the correct page.
